The inhaled aroma from these “essential” oils is widely believed to stimulate brain function. Essential oils can also be absorbed through the skin, where they travel through the bloodstream and can promote whole-body healing.

On the basis of the consultation and what you would like the therapy to achieve, you will select up to 3 essential oils, which will then be blended to form your individual prescription. This blend will then be used in the massage.

Aromatherapy has many benefits including:
·         enhance mood and general feeling of well-being
·         ease muscular tension
·         balance the endocrine system
·         reduce pain
·         encourage restful sleep
