Healing

Healing is a completely natural process. It is thought to be a flow of beneficial energy between the Healer and the recipient that deals with the "dis-ease" at its deepest level.

Lying on a couch, fully clothed I work with my hands at a short distance from your body, or sometimes with a light touch, inviting you to relax and close your eyes if you wish.

Most people experience a variety of sensations, perhaps warmth or coolness, tingling, or pain coming to the surface (and often dispersing) as the energy goes to work. Some people experience little more than warmth but the process is no less effective.

Healing can be helpful with a wide range of conditions.

  • It is a process of revitalisation, relaxation and release at a profound level, which helps your body to adjust and heal spontaneously at its own pace and in its own way
  • Healing seeks out the underlying cause as well as the “presenting symptom”
  • The outcome of a Healing session maybe beneficial in an unexpected way and not necessarily immediately: for example you may feel a sudden benefit days later or gradual improvement over a period of time
