The Quiet Way is currently a sole trader business, offering a range of therapies, wellbeing and healing diets coaching, yin yoga and meditation classes, courses, retreats and practitioner training.

I obtain information about you verbally when you visit me for a treatment, class or training or completing the contact form on this website.

What type of information is collected from you?

The personal information I collect might include your name, address, email address, contact phone number and medical history.

How is your information used?

I use your information to form the basis of an appropriate treatment, class, or training. Personal information is not shared unless to support your care or treatment and then only with your consent. Safeguarding issues will be reported with no requirement for consent.

Who has access to your information?

Only Jayne Doyle of The Quiet Way has access to your information. I will not sell or rent your information to third parties. I will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Consent

If clients are aged 18 or under‚ or where there are known concerns around capacity or consent, a parent, guardian, carer or advocate, must attend and stay present during the treatment.

Step 1 — Raise It With Me First
If you believe I have not handled your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR or the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, please raise your concern with me first. We are obliged to receive, consider, and respond to your complaint.

Payment for services

You will agree to make payment for services, or goods, within a timely manner and as agreed with Jayne Doyle upon booking/order confirmation. 48 hours notice of cancellation is appreciated, otherwise a fee will be charged.
