Research has shown that tailored therapeutic approaches can significantly enhance the wellbeing of individuals facing a cancer diagnosis and undergoing treatment. As a specialised practitioner, I offer personalised care plans designed to support you through every stage of your cancer journey:
At Diagnosis
A cancer diagnosis often brings shock, anxiety, and uncertainty. My sessions at this early stage center on grounding, supporting the nervous system process difficult news. Gentle massage and craniosacral work, calming essential oils, and mindful relaxation help to ease tension and restore presence.
During Treatment
At this stage, therapy must be especially sensitive. Treatments such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or surgery can cause fatigue, pain, nausea, and emotional strain. My role is to provide comfort and ease side effects. Reflexology has been shown to reduce pain and anxiety, while gentle massage supports sleep and relaxation. Aromatherapy is used in low concentrations and tailored to sensitivity.
Recovery and Living Beyond Cancer
As treatment ends, many experience a mix of relief, fatigue, and emotional processing. My work here is restorative, using gentle bodywork and essential oils to aid recovery, release tension, and help reconnect with the body, supporting nervous system regulation after prolonged stress.
Oncology Scar Tissue work to stimulate change to scar tissue on the skin surface, and to
adhesions or fibrosis in the underlying tissue, reduce common symptoms, such as pain and sensitivity and promote functional and cosmetic improvements after surgery. Results vary, and early treatment is recommended for best cosmetic improvements. It’s never too late and old
scars can benefit as well.

The 4-Week Calm & Reset Course
A structured online programme for those experiencing ongoing stress, overwhelm, or mental fatigue.
This course is designed to help you step out of survival mode and develop practical tools to support your nervous system and emotional wellbeing.
Each session follows a calm, consistent structure so you know exactly what to expect. There is no pressure to talk or be on camera, you are free to simply listen, follow along, and take what you need.
Each week builds gently on the last, giving you time to practise, integrate, and notice small but meaningful shifts in how you feel. Courses run on a concurrent basis, so there is never long to wait for a new block of 4. You are welcome to attend multiple courses.
