Winter is the season of stillness and rest, we can use this time to withdraw and go within, to delve deep into own inner worlds, to name our dreams and give birth to our visions.

In the stillness of introspection, we can reflect on the past year before beginning anew in the next. In taking stock of our lives, we can identify what we need to cast off and what we hope to achieve in the coming year.
What inspires you? What moves you?
As we release those things that no longer serve us, we make space for new opportunities and move forward in the direction of our dreams.
It is also a time to celebrate our accomplishments, and express gratitude for the blessings in our lives. Time to take a moment, be still, to breathe, to rest.

If your head is too noisy to hear your soul’s calling, or you can’t find the space to be still or rest, then some quiet time with me, on the couch or on the mat, might be useful.
To have a felt sense of what it is to be ‘relaxed’ in your body, or to have some space between the thoughts, will leave you ready to take those first steps to creating the life you wish to live.
